The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be entertained. Bioniva Wellness International Sdn Bhd and its associated companies shall not be responsible for any shipment lost during the return transit. Once returned goods/products being checked and verified, refund shall be effected within seven (7) working days.
